Dr. Gemaine Owen earned her BA in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and her MD at Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Pennsylvania. And at the Juan F Luis Hospital, she made rounds, served as head of the medicine department and held a position on the Board.

Now Dr. Owen combines over 20 years of hospital experience, nearly 20 years of home visits and skills honed from her own caregiving and cancer recovery journeys to treat her patients with unique empathy and enthusiasm in an enjoyable environment centered on excellent results.

+ | Home Visits are scheduled as needed for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia, are bedbound, or are immobilized due to open wounds or severe injury.
